WRONG:

CHEESE QUESADILLA

RIGHT:

QUESADILLA

Queso is the Spanish word for “cheese,” so it’s redundant to write “cheese quesadilla” on a menu. If you think your customers need a definition or if you want to distinguish the purely cheese-filled ones from—say—chicken quesadillas, you can add a brief explanation such as “cheese-filled fried tortilla.”
