Now open your books and turn to page 55 to look at part A.
Finish the exercise.
Can you name at least three other animals? What are they?
Give the students more pictures of animals.
Now task! (make a survey) (附学生练习用纸二)
1. Have a discussion in groups of six or seven. Every member should say some names of animals.
2. Each group choose a student as the group leader to write something your group get about the names of animals.
3. According to the table, ask your group members to find more words about animals. If you are not sure the words, you can ask him/her to spell the word. If you cannot spell, just write down the names in Chinese, after class you should look them up in your dictionary.
4. If there is still some time, please work harder to find as many words as possible.
5. Have a show. And talk about the result of each group.
6. Give stars to each group. The more stars, the better. Don’t forget to give them some more advice and encourage them to create a better one. (Hand in what they got after class.)
