Parts

Here are some parts of a silk-screen applicator:

  • A handle made of wood or plastic
  • A blade made of firm straight rubber inserted into one side of the handle
Discussion

A silk-screen applicator should

  • have a very straight edge to make clear copies, and
  • be just a little narrower than the width of the screen, so that it is only necessary to press ink over the screen one time.
